Berkeley woman, 68, followed home and robbed

The culprit dragged the woman down three flights of stairs and then took her purse, phone and keys before fleeing the scene, Berkeley police said.

Berkeley PD: He was shot by the clerk he tried to rob at gunpoint. His DNA led the cops to him.
