Berkeley High sexual battery suspect facing new charges
A judge had ordered Audrey Barlow to stay away from Berkeley High when she released him on his own recognizance last month.

Also: Two men police say shot at each other in Berkeley one morning in December are set to appear in court this week for a significant hearing in the case.

One of the men told police that a car crash weeks earlier had led to the shoot-out.
