Yesterday, after breaking the news of a fatal crash in North Berkeley, we also shared the name of the pedestrian who was killed.

The coroner's office identified her as Elise Lusk, 66, of Berkeley.

Today we learned that the driver was an 87-year-old Oakland woman.

There have been no arrests. Cases like this often end up in civil court, however.

We will continue to follow the story.

UPDATE: Female pedestrian, 66, dead after Berkeley crash
The coroner’s office has identified the woman who died in Sunday’s crash as Elise Lusk of Berkeley. The driver was an 87-year-old Oakland woman.
