The Berkeley mayor's race is getting tighter. We also have a story on a DUI crash last night that sent a 61-year-old pedestrian to Highland.
The next Alameda County election results are not expected until Friday, Nov. 15.
Over the weekend, the Price recall campaign declared victory.

But many people have called the race, which appears to be a done deal: The margin was 64% to 36% as of Monday in favor of the recall.
As of Monday, about 483,000 ballots had been tallied in Alameda County, which has estimated that there will be about 700,000 ballots in the end.
