Two quick stories for you today as we head into the July Fourth holiday.

On Thursday night, we'll be tagging along with someone from the Northern Alameda County Amateur Radio Emergency Services, which has been activated by BFD to do fire patrols in the Berkeley Hills.

We look forward to telling you all about what we learn.
