This week we've been in court in Santa Cruz for a hearing to determine whether an El Cerrito man charged with murdering a woman and burying her body in Tilden Park would stand trial.

After hearing the evidence, the judge did hold him to answer — which means the case is now heading for trial.

Many new details came to light during the hearing and our story is forthcoming.
