Police investigate sexual battery in UC Berkeley student housing

Details remain scant.
UCPD said only that a resident of a UC residence hall went into someone else's room and "committed sexual battery against multiple room occupants."

UCPD did not share any other information about the incident or the location where it happened, or whether any arrests had been made, citing the nature of the incident as the reason for the lack of detail.
