Nearly 30% of those hate crimes were described as anti-Black, which was the most common category listed.
Father, baby pistol-whipped during robbery, 3 men charged
During the robbery, the men pointed a gun at the baby’s head and threatened to kill him if his father didn’t comply, police wrote.
